RETURNS

if you would like to return your product, please make sure it meets the criteria below, then send an email *** please note that any shipping fees applied to your order are non-refundable. in addition, a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. ***

CRITERIA FOR RETURN - the items you wish to return must meet every point on this list:

  • UNWORN
  • UNWASHED
  • IN PERFECT CONDITION - THE SAME CONDITION YOU RECEIVED THE ITEM IN
  • JUBIE CUSTOMER SERVICE MUST BE IN RECEIPT OF RETURN NOTIFICATION (via email) WITHIN THREE DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ITEM. SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS. (this means you have three days from the time you receive the item to determine whether you're going to love it forever, or return it to us.)
  • ALL CUSTOMIZED ORDERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE and thus NON-REFUNDABLE
  • Accessories, jewelry, intimates, hats and sale items are NON-RETURNABLE and thus NON-REFUNDABLE

  • customer's contact info (email, phone)
  • reason for return
